ClubMetro Card Rewards Program: Terms and Conditions

- To join ClubMetro Rewards Program you need to make a purchase of any value at any Metro Shoes Store across India. Just share your name and mobile number with the cashier at the time of billing.
- It is the customer's responsibility to share the correct communication details with Metro Shoes at the time of enrolling into the program.
- Store Staff is not eligible to enroll in this Rewards Program.
Benefits of Loyalty Membership
- ClubMetro Members will get points worth 4% of the net bill amount on every purchase.
- ClubMetro Members can check their Loyalty points at any Metro Store by providing their registered mobile number or by simply sending an email at email@example.com
- Each Loyalty point is equivalent to 1 Rupee.
- Loyalty Members also get offers on their Birthday provided the information is shared at the time of enrollment.
- Members will also enjoy benefits such as Preview of End of Season Sale, regular updates on New Arrivals & exclusive offers & promotions.
Earning of Points
- To earn Loyalty points all you need to do is make a purchase and provide us your registered mobile at the time of billing.
- Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Points once lapsed cannot be restored or re-issued.
- Members will be notified atleast one month prior about any points which are due to lapse.
- Loyalty Members who have shopped online on www.metroshoes.net are also entitled for points provided they share us the invoice details of the purchase on firstname.lastname@example.org
- In case of any product return, the earned Loyalty points will be reversed from your ClubMetro account.
- Loyalty points are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- For the first redemption you need to have a minimum balance of 99 points in your ClubMetro account. For subsequent redemptions you can redeem any number of points available in your account.
- Points can be redeemed at any Metro Store using the OTP sent to the registered mobile number or by giving a missed call to 9513672787 from your registered mobile number.
- Loyalty Points are not redeemable on online purchase at this moment.
- Members can make changes in their account details by visiting the nearest Metro Store.
- Members can also do it by sending an email to email@example.com with the updated information.
- Members can Opt Out (Unsubscribe) anytime from receiving promotional messages from Metro Shoes by giving a Missed Call on 08067006972.
- Members can Opt In (Subscribe) anytime from receiving promotional messages from Metro Shoes by giving a Missed call on 08067006971.
- Members can close the membership anytime by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- By becoming a ClubMetro Member, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Metro Shoes.
- Metro Shoes reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant without prior information.
- Metro Shoes holds the right to alter/change/abort any particular offer or scheme without prior notice.
- If a Loyalty Member is found committing fraud or in any case of misuse, all accumulated loyalty points and the membership of the Cardholder will be automatically cancelled.
Privacy & Data Usage
- Any Customer details provided to Metro Shoes will be kept confidential. Metro Shoes takes all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or destruction of Customer’s Data.
- We do not share your mobile number with any 3rd party for marketing or advertising purpose.
- We use your purchase details to understand you better and to recommend products suited for your needs.
Modification or Amendment of these Terms:
- Metro Shoes Limited reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the website www.metroshoes.net
