Eligibility for Club Metro Membership

(1) Applicants become eligible to apply to the Club Metro Rewards Programme on one single purchase of a minimum of Rs.2500/- or on a cumulative spend of Rs.2,500/- within 30 days from the date of your purchase at any Metro Shoes Showroom in India. Cash memos must be submitted at the time of application.

(2) Membership is open to applicants over 18years of age only.

(3) Metro shoes Limited reserves the right to refuse Membership to an applicant without assigning any reason.

(4) A member qualifies to continue being a member if he earns a minimum of Rs.400/- in vouchers, during the validity period.

Club Metro Membership Card

(1) The Membership Card must be signed on the reverse upon receipt.

(2) Signing a card indicates the acceptance of all the terms and conditions which are subject to revision by Metro Shoes Limited from time to time and authorization to Metro Shoes Limited to use membership data for the purpose of marketing or communication.

(3) The Membership Card can be used by the Member whose signature appears on the signature panel and by any of his/her authorized family member(s) or Friend(s).

(4) The Club Metro Card is not a credit or debit card.

(5) Membership is open to individuals only and is valid for 2yrs from the date of enrollment.

(6) The Membership Card is the property of Metro Shoes Limited and is valid at all Metro Shoes Showrooms in India.

(7) Loss of Membership Card must be reported to the Club Metro Rewards Programme Manager on (022) 5656-0444 or via an email to clubmetroinfo@metroshoe.com. A new card will be issued to the member subject to him/her making a payment of Rs.100/- by way of a crossed cheque in favour of Metro Shoes Limited to be mailed to: Club Metro Rewards Programme, C/o Metro Shoes Limited, Metro House, Colaba Casueway, Mumbai 400001, India.
